Mexican Shrimp Cocktail – Layered diced shrimp, avocado, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, and tomato..

Street Tacos – Shredded chicken, roasted corn, cilantro, grilled onions and a spicy aioli on fried corn tortillas.  Served with charro beans and Mexican rice.

Ranchero Ribeye – Grilled ribeye in a spicy ranchero sauce.  Served with charro beans, Mexican rice and honey jalapeno corn muffins.

Deep Fried Tequila Shots – Angel food cake dipped in tequila and lime, then deep fried and served with dusted powdered sugar.
